Beware of a Tenant: George & Alice Vinsick at 551 Debby Lane! They report EVERYTHING you DO & SAY to the Owner (Mr. Kent Sommers) & thier FRIENDS: Manager Marie Mercer!!! If they don't like you, THEY WILL GET YOU EVICTED!!! They DISCRIMINATE for Familial reasons & against Handicapped Persons!!!
Also Mr. Sommers is known as a "Bad" Landlord for his UNFAIR HOUSING PRACTICES!!! He OVERCHARGED ME by $2,000.00 for moving my mobile Home!!! Other local movers quoted me prices up to & including $1100.00, BUT NO MORE!!!
REPORT to HUD immediately if you feel you are being treated unfairly or if these persons harass you!!!
YOU HAVE RIGHTS!!! Fight for them!!! Call URBAN LEAGUE & LEGAL AID (Don't use their attorney: Barb Ramage; she is on THEIR Side!!!) Ask for someone else!!!
