Pyramid Roofing company defectively installed an asphalt roof on my home in 2003. Drip edge was improperly installed causing water to run-off between the fascia and the drip edge. This caused this fascia to warp and wood damage.
The ridge vent was improperly installed causing leaks and wood damage. Improper nailing of shingles caused nail pop-ups and leaks. When I complained to the owner, Mr. Rudolph Davis, he denied any defective installation. When confronted with the indisputable evidence of the defective installation, Mr. Davis stopped answering my calls and refused to honor his five-year workmanship warranty.
Mr. Davis refused to arbitrate through the Better Business Bureau. He has since changed his phone number but has a new phone number and has let his contractor's license expire. The roof must be replaced at my expense and has caused additonal damage to my home.
This company sub-contracts its work to non-american citizens. You have been warned. The work is shoddy and defective and the owner is unscrupulous.
