Winner Furniture Company, horrible service, horrible policy, horrible people

We bought a mattress and box spring at this place and a week later the box spring broke!

We called them and they said bring in the receipt. I brought the receipt in and the employee rudely asked me if I brought the mattress and box spring in with me.

I told him we didn't have anything to bring them on and he said well I don't know what we can do for you. Keep in mind that they gave me a 1 year warranty for this crap and he says he doesn't know if he can do anything for me.

That really pissed me off. They were completely rude and disrespectful. Now they want to charge me another $50 to pick it up, when I already paid them $50 the first time for the delivery. And they don't do refunds.

And on top of that, when the delivery driver came the first time, he drove through the back yard and got stuck in the mud, tore up the lawn completely, ran into the building, broke the brick and broke 2 windows.

This company is bull.
