Their truck totaled my truck cause, defective brakes, negligence, refuse to claim insurance the business that doesn't give a dam

Local motions moving van rolled down a driveway, hitting and totaling my truck parked across the street from the driveway.

The company refuses to answer my calls, wont file an insurance claim, and wont pay me for damages, lost wages and rental car fees which they indicated they would be paying for, however, now i get no answers, no calls, no results local motion? More like slow motion!
