Estate Shutters of Phoenix AZ, formerly know as "Discount Blind and Shade Factory" of Southern CA has taken large amounts of my money, while failing to deliver any product whatsoever. I had placed numerous orders in the months of March and April with the said Company, and instead of the product I ordered, I come to find out they no longer exist.
Fact of the matter is, they dissolved their business, left the state and changed their company name. For further information, please google search "Discount Blind and Shade Factory" and read away.
Their previous company (Discount Blind and Shade Factory) had been under numerous investigations by many local news stations, and private party undercover investigators. Also, the Better Business Bureau was all over this company for Bad and Unethical business practices.
Consumers and retailers alike, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Please, at all costs avoid this company. Save your money. Owners David Patai, Ken Montoya and Kristen Wolfe shouldn't be allowed to sell anything, period. How they are continuing to find loop holes in our free enterprize economy, and take advantage of good natured fellow americans as yourself is beyond me. It should be stopped! They should be stopped! Please help shut these criminals down.
