It has been the toughest do it yourself provider I've ever delt with. Their customer support is terrible. No retrun phone, no-return emails. Simply terrible.
On July 6th I bought 6 containers of PRBAMHC Bamboo floor. I mounted the very first 5 containers and also the ground seemed excellent. After I popped the final container the colour was nowhere close to the prior floor it had been much much light. I looked over the containers I'd utilized and mentioned the ton quantity was SF-Y1 and sixth container was unique. I got it back, there where no containers in-stock with SF - Y1.
Lumber Liquidators Denver hasn't had the opportunity to locate floor that actually comes near to the item they offered me on July 6th. Jerome at Lumber Liquidators Colorado believed to me in a face-to-face transformation he might return me cash because he couldn't fit the merchandise. He furthermore requested me to allow him understand who I used-to refinish the ground because he'd additional client using the same issue. I've named him 3 times without any reaction. I'd no option-but to complete the ground also it actually seems poor. (See attached picture). After I bought this floor I anticipated a great hunting ground after I was completed. Easily had purchased this at Lumber Liquidators Sunday’s combined lot purchase I'd not be upset, obviously I'd have compensated 99-cents a base in the place of $2.85. I experienced a reimbursement of $ 1.86/sqft or $310.00 is reasonable.
