Ripoff-ordered trees early april, no trees as of yet still waiting. Consumer rip-off fraud

Ordered 6 Royal Paulownia Trees for 17.98 plus 3.50 S/H and. 99 for safe delivery no matter how many you order. Ordered in early april.

Attempts to call were always busy except for one that said your calls are important to us and then was hung up on. A letter was sent to the company recently requesting trees or money back.

We are still waiting for a reply. Three different menbers of our family were included in this one order.
