Mr. Castellano as president of Florida Liquid Cermamics painted my log cabin home in 2003. The paint has been bubbling and peeling ever since. He attempted to repaint over many months, but the same thing happened. He will not refund my payment for failed services. Now additional damage has occurred due to inappropriate application of the product. He closed down his business and reopened as another company. How can this be allowed?
