I sent check for $12.47 for 2 trees, never got them! Fraudulent ripoff business ripoff fraud business ripped off and scammed

I ordered two trees from an ad that was in the sunday Parade from the local newspaper on March 2.

They were supposed to be delivered at planting time for my region, early April. I have not received them as yet. I ordered them under my daughter's name, Dianne Simon, same address, as I was in Florida at the time and wanted them for my home in Ohio.

Could you help me with this problem?
