I have been waiting since May for credit on double charge. Bank has already reimbursed my account but I am still pursuing the company because my bank should not have to pay for this company's fraud. Have now gotten an entirely different company involved. The old 800 number is now giving a number to a company that handles customer compalints and they are getting the information and forwarding onto the proper people. They give an email address that comes back after 24 hours as undeliverable. Don't give up. We will be victorious.
