On December 12, I purchased a water softener from Capitol Water Technologies. The salesman's name was Gary Swingle. He promised to ship me a 3-years supply of soap that should have taken two weeks to deliver (his words).
It is now May 23 and I have still not received my soap. I have repeated called this man and he has promised to send me a check for the amount it would cost to ship the soap (yes, I have given up on ever getting the soap). That was on May 1, and I still haven't gotten my check.
Mr. Swingle repeatedly ignores my phone calls by remember which phone I use to call him (he has a Sprint PCS phone with caller ID so he just doesn't answer when it's a known number).
