Three rooms full of carpet for $299. Yea, right. What was I thinking? Sure got me in the door though...
To make a long story short, it took 3 re-schedules, about 13 phone calls and 4 visits to get the transaction straight. The carpet looks nice (had to upgrade), paid $750 ultimately, and I finally got my bill fixed (they orginally charged me twice). Other than that, every thing went well. Yea, right. What was I thinking? Never again Haynes!
They need a major shake up/wake up to get their management back to earth and held accountable. And I beleive that's only a matter of time...
