Due to the fact that I am a Parkinson's patient, I have to order frequently on the internet. My health issues disallow me to go out and shop at stores. I have previously ordered numerous merchandise from Amazon.com and never had a problem with any of their affiliates. This one company takes the cake. The lady with whom I dealt with, Mary Reale, who represented Professional Home Companies was NOT Professional in the least, in fact she was very rude and would not send me the item I paid for after numerous requests.in addition, I also paid the higher costs for express shipping. Both were charged to my credit card and I was never credited for the missing item in which I never received. Mary Reale was the only person [whose demeanor was less than pleasant]who responded to my e-mails initially.in her e-mail responses she refused to send me the item or issue a credit to my ccard, she claimed that she could not help me until she received a response from UPS and was subsequently paid her for the claim of the lost package/item. She stated that once UPS paid them, then she could credit my account or re-send a replacement item for the one that went missing. She [or anyone else from this company] never bothered to respond to any of my future e-mail requests, or pleas made [by myself] to resolve this matter by giving me a credit, or an updated response as to the alledged UPS claim. I never received either the item or credit to date.
