In January I soliticted the services of Apex Builders from the Penny Saver to remodel my kitchen. The work got under way and was "almost" completed - i.E. Some trim required, they used a facing which was a totally different color from that of the kitchen, they installed a counter top - which after 2 months bega to buckle around the sink.
Henry assured me that they would be back within 2 weeks to finish the moulding - as he had to order it - and as soon as it arrived they would be back. Almost 3 months has now passed - and phone call after phone call after message after message - Henry has not returned one of my calls.
I am not in the process of taking this matter further - I want the rest of the work completing as well as the counter top replacing.
One thing to warn anyone using this company - DON'T PAY UP ALL THE MONEY UP FRONT - until you are 100% satisfied all the work is completed and to your satisfaction. Because if not - you will NEVER EVER hear from them again.
This is very dissappointing - I thought I have found an honest company. Alas yet again they proved me right. There does not appear to be any such thing!!!
