Don Wilson, owner of Arizona Perma-Glaze franchise, resurfaced my tub and gave me a one-year warrantly on his work. When his workmanship began to fall apart, I called on four occassions to report the cracking. He never called me back. At one point he had an associate call me when he thought I was a potential new client. When I told him about the problem he said don would call. He didn't. My warranty has now expired. Don't use these people! They will promise you service and warranty and will not deliver!
