C&P Plumbing & Remodeling should be looked at very closely. The company consists of 3 supervisors who turn a blind eye to the actions of drug addicted employees.
The company is a family owned and operated business located in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Employees are allowed to use and sell drugs as long as it does not effect company profit, if anyone tries to make it stop they are shunned and threatened by other employees.
Employees routinely use drugs and commit to performing work inside the customers home. The supervisor of the service department who is also an admitted cocaine user routinely brings guns to the office to show off.
The company has had several vehicle accidents in and around the Frederickburg area all due to drug use and were eventually covered up without drug tests.
This is an extremely volitile company i would refer to as a bunch of thugs.
I would welcome an investigation but will not get involved by conventional means.
