My hot tub died so I contacted John Campbell, owner of Aqua Spa in Orlando via an answering service (should have known better). He called me back right away and came out to my home three days later.
John told me that my hot tub was a cheap product and he would see what he could do.
Well, what he did was take out the control unti, computer, motor, heater and left saying he would take the parts to his shop and "check them out". He also said he would call me in a couple days to give me a quote.
That was over a MONTH AGO. I called him everyday for the past month with no response.
John Campbell AKA Aqua Spa came to my home and stole all the working parts of my hot tub and likely put them in someone else's.
He also made off with $1,000 dollars of pressure treated lumber that I had stacked up... Left over from when I built the deck. He said that he would give me credit for the wood off the price of the repair. Beware of this guy... Complete THIEF!!!
