Same story as everyone else. Ordered furniture in August. Got the first few emails letting me know what phase the furniture was in. Credit card was charged day after order.
Got all the way to phase 6, then I was no longer able to find the status online. Then the website was not working. The site does work now, but does not recogize my order online.
Probably called the company 20 times so far. They either put me on hold or send me to someones voice mail. Will not tell me who is in charge. Did get the name of the supposed boss. Her name may be Cheryl Spees?
The only reason I got her on the phone was because she must have picked up the phone right as I dialed. Seemed real helpful our first conversation, promised to call me right back. Never did! I have never been so made at a retailer in my life. I can not believe this place is in business.
I try to call them every other day and see what lie they will tell me. Now there 800 is not in service, pry could not pay the bill.
I have filed a complaint with my credit card and bbb. Who knows what will happen. Credit card should charge back my account.
Do Not Buy from these creeps.
