I am an employee at an apartment complex that bruces ac came out to fix a leak in a residents a/c unit. Every employee that I have seen from bruces have always been somewhat rude and lazy. Well this has been a 5 trip deal for bruces to try to fix (they charge us $50 each time they have to come out to the property) and all they have done in these 5 service calls is ripped up the ceiling and ripped us off and upset the resident.
They have tried to fix a condenser line leak with silicone while it is dripping away. 1 of the employees even said he replaced the leaky line but it is still leaking.
Because of Bruces the resident wants to move out and break her lease and she is entitled to do so since the conditions of the lease were not held up by the management.
These lazy rude jerks even try to get maintenance people at the complex to do the jobs for them. Now we lose a good resident, lose the money that the resident paid every month, lost so much money to bruces, and on top of that have to pay a different a/c company to fix the problem that started this mess. Dont use Bruces Air Conditioning Service they are very rude, lazy people who dont even bother to fix things correctly, nor do they have the desire to fix the problem.
