After Florida was ravaged by 3 hurricanes last year this con artist thief John Weaver came along posing as a contractor to rebuild the damage only to take thousands of dollars from myself as well as many elderly residents in the Daytona Beach & surrounding areas & then disappear. Sometimes doing small amounts of work (not up to code regulations) just to make it "look good". That's part of his scam!
He avoids all calls, mail etc. Along with his cotact/phone # 386-441-0378, He also has a pager # 820-5545 which he refuses to return calls to the numbers left on it. He lives at 6 Palmetto Drive in Ormond Beach, Florida also known as Ormond By The Sea.
He also uses this as his scamming operation base & resides there with his girlfriend, Sherri Kalivoda who works as a barmaid in Daytona & Ormond Beachs.
He has 2 White pickup trucks & a motorcycle which he could easily sell & pay back some of the thousands he has stolen from hurricane victims. But obviously chooses not to. He also has magnetic signs he sometimes has on the white pickups that are fake & part of his scam to draw you in to trust him that read "Weaver's Aluminum". He got the money & in this case I have done alot of legwork & filming etc to build a solid case against this thief which I'll be able to use if we can ever catch the crook. He goes out back doors if you approach the house & takes off on the bike quickly but we plan on closing in on and/or trapping him soon.
There are many victims who cannot, some elderly victims are in wheelchairs, use walkers or cannot drive but I have a detailed list of some of their names etc & hopefully they will be compensated as well if this guy is finally caught & stopped.
This is only one of the many ways I am going about warning other trusting & unsuspecting victims of John Weaver & his rip off operation.
