They have taken my money for a lazer storm back in march and said it would ship in 6 weeks it did not so i called 800-711-8357 the gentle man said they are behind it would ship my vaccum in 2 weeks for sure. Its been 5 weeks and no vaccum i called the 800# again and got a recording saying to email my message as they are behind withe shippments and they would get back to me and they havent yet i check my email every day last sunday they are back on tv advertising the lazer storm again
