Purchase entertainment cabinet on the 24th of May. Delivered on the 26th of May assembled and installed. After installation noted visible scratches on partical board inside shelving area and bent over screws on bridge of cabinet. Obvious to the eye when standing more that five feet away. Delivery person left promptly. I immediately called the company and ask for someone to come over and assess it or come take it back... I was told the the one year warranty they quoted at time of purchase would not secure a refund but they could come and fix the problem next week. They are refusing to refund me for damaged merchandise.
