I ordered/paid for $3500.00 of oak flooring in October. Prior to making this transaction, I checked with the Better Business Bureau of Nevada. They indicated this was a viable business.
I was told my shipment would be delivered in December. Then I was told January 15th. Then I got an email stating the Tsunami had delayed it to the 3rd week of February. When it did not arrive, they said it was in customs, but would clear in 10 days and ship to me within 2 weeks. Well it's 31 March now, and no wood.
The "live chat" on their website disappeared, the "mailbox has exceeded it's limit", and now their website "has exceeded it's bandwith". I don't know what to do.
