I ordered a comforter from overstock.com from the DOWN section of the web site assuming it was filled with down... And it would fit my bed since it was a full/queen... Well it was filled with polyester and it was too small for my queen sized bed. Now these are easily my fault because the information is on the web site it is just very misleading however they have horrible customer service. I emailed overstock.com and they sent me a very cocky email back station that the information was on the website and that i would have to pay for shipping to have it sent back... No problem at least i would get some back...
I decided since it was my fault i didnt read the info i just wanted an exchange so i emailed them back and never got a response, not even one to tell me they dont do exchanges which i found out over the phone when i called 2 months later.
I didnt get a single email or call at all to let me know what was going on. If inally found a customer service number where i learned they had received my comforter and they were sending it back because it had hair on it even tho i never used the comforter... Buti still hadnt received it even tho they sent it over a month ago... Im still trying to either get the comforter or my money back... These people have no clue how to satisfy customers and are RUDE
