Chalk up another one for Stainsafe, I recently received a gift from my grandparents a new dining room set with 8 chairs for my family of 7 (5 kids) and to make my life easier my grandfather purchased the stainsafe fabric treatment warrant for $100.
He spent the extra money so I wouldn't have to recover my fabic chair bootms every other week (5 kids being kids you know what I mean) well the chairs have become stained with what else red pasta sauce and the Sub-Contracted cleaning company just left after saying there were to many stains to attempt cleaning (he never even took out the cleaning products or attempted to clean my chairs) handed me the phone with CS at Stainsafe and she said SORRY nothing we can do to many general stains.
So I guess they made a $100 buck off of my grandpa. He has passed on since I received my furniture and would be rolling over in his grave if I didn't raise Hell about this Crappy company. Well now I'll write to everyone I know to correct this problem and make him proud (The hardworking little guy always gets Screwed!!!)
