Ripoff Poorly Constructed Products with even worse customer support

Any product (particularly the coffee roasters) purchased from this company will most likely require warranty service as they are almost always poorly constructed / designed.

Further, they give you a hard time with warranty service that is if they do not just tell you to just "through it out in the trash".
