Started Job 9-18-02. Promised it would be completed by thanksgiving of same year. Job was abandoned for three months by George. Who had already received $142,000.00. We had no kitchen for 7- months. One furnace. The house had literally been doubled in size. Refaceing of house. New roof configuration etc. All new floor plans.
Had to finish the job myself with Sub-contractors. Plumber now has lien on house contractor never paid him full amount. Roof leaks skylight leaks. Carpentry had to be redone because of faulty construction. We have to put a whole new roof on house this spring.
George and his lawyer have promised to return the monies that are owed. He sold his house in ParkRidge Illinois moved to Springfield Nevada.
He at one time was claiming that he was dieing. This is when he originally abandonded the job.
The man should never be allowed to work anywhere. He lied and lied to us. We have tons of pictures and documented conversations he is a true criminal.
