This company needs to do something fast because I am growing tired of spending hundreds of dollars on a 6000 dollar system that continues to have defects. I just finished paying off my Trane complete system and have had several service calls to my house because of break down. I am sorry that I don't know more about this complicated system so I could determine what's going on. My Trane was purchased in 2009. I truly believe there is something wrong with it right now because it keeps frosting and the other evening It would not heat the house over 69 degrees even though I had thermostat set at 74 degrees. Don't give me the 3 degree answer because that is 5. I feel bad for the service people who stand behind this company enough to sell and install their products. They are victims as well.
