We have put in a request to have a tear fixed on our $1200.00 leather chair since 08-19-04 and they still have not responsed to our phone call or faxed information.
The first request we made in august for the frame they would not come out and fix, so Levitz had someone come out and fixed it. This company has aupervisor named Kim that is rude and hangs up on you. You can not get a straight answer from anyone. They told us they were sending a check and no check yet.
