I wished I had read Ripoff before I ordered my "Easy Closet"! There was nothing easy about this closet and we ordered a more "simple" one. I thought I could put it together myself (a woman not handy with tools) but I couldn't even lift the pieces, let alone understand the directions, find the studs in the closet, level the rail and screw it in! Then there was the matter of the Cam Locks and Bolts which were extremely difficult to figure out. And did we think we had to hacksaw the rails to make them fit? It took both my husband (a"he can do anything guy") and myself 2 days to put it together and hang it. What a waste of time. And then there was the price and quality! You can get the same exact thing at Lowes or Home Depot for a fraction of the cost and it will look the same. The only thing good about Easy Closets was that the sales person was nice as pie and extremely helpful in designing the closet and the pieces came in 2 days. But try to reach her or someone else at the company to get help or complain and, guess what, no one home.
