Caban custom construction co. California added to our contract

I had some remodeling don on my house.

I hired this company caban custom construction co. To do the work.

They quoted a price and we agreed on the price and we filled out a contract between me and him.

First he took 6 months more time to do the job, he did not show up on the work site for days and weeks, in the mean while i was lossing money.
The second thing was after he had finished the job, he came out with another bill for me to pay him.

I told him what is this for, he said that he did more work on the property.

I told him look at your contract, you did the things that where mentioned in the contract.

I did not pay him. Tow weeks later he put a lean against my house. He does this thing, that he goes and gives low estamests to get the job and at the end he comes out with this other price, if you don't pay he puts a lean on your house.

I need some help of how to get this lean off of my house and i would like other people to know of what he is doing so they do not have to go what i went through.
