PCCare247.com - Technical Support Customer Reviews
Consumer Report

I am in my late sixties, and to be very honest I don’t like to work on computers at all. But I have to earn my livelihood and my whole work is technology centered, so can’t have another option. One day, while working on my laptop, I received a message that my Norton antivirus updates are failed and “your computer system might be at risk”. I panicked and ran helter-skelter towards my daughter’s room and showed her the same, but even she couldn’t find any answer for it. Worried as I was, I couldn’t understand what to do.

Then as a last resort, I decided to call NOrton, and to get their support number I took the help of Google and found top first google result norton-tech-support. Pccare247.com, Thinking what I have got is a right no., I straightway made a call. Someone, who said he is Mr. Mike from PCCare247, picked the phone. Thinking I am at awrong place, I tried to put down the phone, but the guy told me to wait as he can place everything back in order. He spoke in thick Indian accent but quite assuring. Then, I asked him “will you charge money for it”, he said, “yes”. He explained me the plans, the lowest one starting for $179.99 for whole one year! Man! What better could I have asked for as every day is a struggle for me with technology and now I can get all those problems fixed at one go. Also, I am always short of money and this plan seems to right one for me. I opted for the plan and gave my credit card. He also assured me that my money will be fully refunded back, if I didn’t found the services up to the mark. Mr. Mike then generated my Account No. (100645XX) and directed the case to one of the technicians. The technician was warm and heard my problem patiently. He then further told me that he need to connect to my laptop remotely in order to find out the root cause of the problem. Having full faith in him, I agreed and gave him the permission. He checked and found my laptop is full of malicious files. He then asked me for removing these files as they can host potential threat. I granted him the permission once again. I also told him that my Norton updates failed last time. He checked once again and then got the recent updates installed on my laptop. Really, I was much relieved. Thanks, PCCare247!! I don’t have words to Thank You for all your efforts. Cheers guys!!
