I Bought accounting software because the salesperson, Eden told me it was very intuitive and simple to use and stable. She was extremely enthusiastic about her software.in order to use it properly i had no choice but to have them convert my data from another software to theirs. I was told it would take 2 or 3 hours at $110 per hr. They billed me for 6.5 hours. When we received the file on a Friday and they tried to show us how to operate it online for another $249. While the tech person demonstrated the software it crashed 2 times and not much of what he was telling us was sinking in. After about 20 minutes we realized we had to play with it ourselves and ask questions as they arose which we did on friday and over the weekend. It crashed more and we found it anything but intuitive so we gave up realizing that this was not right for us. I contacted the sales lady at Accountek and told her our concerns and that we would not be able to use it. Of the total paid of $2462.20 she offered a $1270.08 refund. I tried to have visa reverse the charge of $2092.16 and leave another charge of $369.60 to cover the conversion but was not successful. Now they refuse to even refund any amount and with a very nasty attitude.
