Sprint TERRIBLE customer service

I have had it with Sprint 's awful customer service. It seems like every time I go to one of their stores they either tell me I'm at the wrong place for whatever problem I've encountered, usually dripping with demeaning sarcasm, or if I did manage to make it to the right type of store, dealing with their employees is like having teeth removed. The last four times I went into their store, twice in San Francisco and twice in Green Bay, I was ignored even standing in front of them at the front desk as they typed away. I was treated as though I had thrown a huge wrench in their day, and since I'm on a family plan I was asked in a sarcastic tone if "Daddy's little girl needed to talk to him before she made any big person plans". I'm 24 years old and was simply asking about the specifics of the family plan. Furthermore, during a previous visit I was getting a phone repaired. After my repair was done and the repair specialist was showing me what he had done to fix the phone, the two show room floor employees argued about who was going to take care of my bill. Neither of them wanted to "deal with this guy" so they made the repair specialist, who after several minutes of trying to figure out what he was doing was obviously not trained on Sprint's billing system, try to figure it out. Meanwhile, another customer was done in the store and had to break up the argument between the employees at the desk to ask if she could check out and go. The two employees just looked at her and shrugged her off, then kept arguing about who was going to enter her data into the computer. After several minutes one of the employees started typing furiously into one of their computers, all while still arguing loudly with the other, and then walked away. The customer that had asked to check out had been standing there the whole time, and finally asked if she needed to do anything else before she could go. The employee standing at the desk looked at her as if she were some young child and told her she hadn't needed to be there for the last 15 minutes, and asked why she was still in the store.

Overall, my experiences with Sprint and their various providers have been awful. I fully plan on switching providers within the next two months when I move out of state. This is ridiculous and no customer should be exposed to this low level of service.
