Refuses to replace new parts

We purchased components to construct a brand new pc. It worked for just one week then ceased. We delivered three of the components back again to newegg to become changed. Newegg declined to displace the components declaring they were broken. These were not broken at-all! It creates no feeling that it'd function then quit since all three components were broken. They'd not really check the components, simply delivered them back again to us. Some of those components needed to hacve been a dud. We're floored as of this. We currently feel just like they're questionable and after studying many grievances below, I believe they've cons happening. It's our term against their term and we're out-of lots of cash as are several, many others. I can not think this, we have been had by newegg. DO NOT BUY FROM NEWEGG! They need to not be respected. We shall study what we are able to do to combat this, but I actually donot understand if we've an opportunity.
