August I contacted Mr pcs.informed salesman Offer that just a conclusion consumer that requires quick & trusted computer for my company.informed him that cost might w from my attorney and consequently require estimate for computer, work, installment at my home plus application. Additionally bought 4-in-1 printer - complete incl work & installation was R18 498.00. Offered check for total quantity on 12 June 09. Evening after installation I obtained another bill for work for R795.00 - queried after I have previously taken care of it. Jackie mentioned was miscom & corrected cost. Grant apologised. 2 nights later i documented keyboard doesnt work correctly. Grant introduced new keyboard but stated it had been application issue & might straighten out with Johan. Noticed nothing to-date after calling atleast 6 times. Fax device may still not deliver faxes and Grant explained to purchase extra wire & might deploy after-work 2 weeks before. Still waiting. Called again 5 months before & Grant might talk to Johan. However no calls. Called today & Grant apologised & desired to understand whats wrong??!!! 2 weeks previously also stated DVD-drive not workin & was informed by offer to complete utilize download free on internet. M R provides number after-sales support. & no business ethics. Don't utilize MR Pcs!!
