The salesman appear4ed at my door and told us t6his was a free service and we eplined the system to us. After explaining, my wife and I, neither one of us see well. We thought it was something we wanted. I twenty minutes the thing was installed and they were gonre. First the fire alarm fell off the ceiling as it was screwed in to plaster board, leaving resedue on my carpeting. I later filled in the holes and repainted. Put the alarm in a drawer where it is today. Then found out the debit card was being charged $40.00 dollars a month, and this was the one time charge of $100 up on instalation. At this time they were contacted and told by me I did not want this system an was informed that for $2000.00 I could buy out my contract and that we could have bad credit. So three years I have been paying this thing, today Nov. 18th 2010 the thing went off, rang for approx. Twenty mintues, I couldn't turn it off and they did not call. My wife came in andf remembered the trial code and got it to stop. I even unplugged the thing. Now it was hnot even hooked up to the phone for the last year and a half. Now I am not sure about dates, but it has been that long since I have changed my phones. Even if I wanted to use the thing, I could not, it was not even hooked up and that is why I never received a call. It is disconected now and my ears are still ringing. They are still not wanting to settle this reasonably and I am out of patience. There can never be anyway I want this thing and am ready for a small claims court and I really do not o9w this thing and it will take a court order for me to and aft4er I have my say...
