I have been following the trials and tribulations of people who, like me, had entries appear on their credit/debit cards from this company. For what it's worth, I went to myord.com, filled out the blanks, submitted, was told that my order was not found, gave me the option of contacting customer service, which I did, and was told that they would be in touch. They were, around a week later, and the situation is progressing from there.
