I got an Asus laptop, the X80N for almost 3 years and it never conk out on me. Of course there were some problems but ALL are software related problems.
For the 3 years I've owned it, it's always on tip top shape. No LCD problem, no wifi issues or even Blue Screen of Death.
I sold it last week to get a new one and was able to sell it a good price because Asus is known to be a reliable company.
Props to Asus for giving the consumers an excellent product and service.
