I have recently started using web forums and consumer portals to assist in my purchasing decisions and I am really pleased to say something positive about Foncordiax IP PBX. As a small jobbing systems integrator (Digitalmania Tecnologias SL) in Spain I have grown frustrated in recent years whilst the well known hardware manuafacturers continually use my SME customers as "beta test groups" for their exploration and ongoing development of IP network equipment. Much this stuff I have used, tweaked and in some cases taken out and thrown away! In particular Asterisk based IP PBX gateways have caused no end of frustration and ongoing support cost to my business. I have tried them all without truly finding something I can be happy with installing and my customer can hand on heart say delivers the range of features, benifits and reliability we as an industry promise. Then I found foncordiax. Simple to install, nice tidy interface, easy for the client to take control of common day to day routing changes, without having to call my office for intervention and most importantly once configured and installed it just sits there and runs as it should. I have installed 4 of the "office" version during the last 6 months and so far we all 4 units are running perfectly. Foncordiax have not tried to over complicate their version of Asterisk application they have simply made the interface more intuitive and wrapped it up in stylish box containing proven quality components. Anyone reading this will likely be in the same business as I am and therefore I would strongly recommend you give foncordiax a go before commiting further to any proprietry offerings or poorly conceived Asterisk based solutions!
