I have magic jack for over a year. We use it as a backup for our cell phones, emergency for the kids. At first the quality was not good but after upgrading the software it is fine. Compared to the $20 a month the phone company wants to have a land line, $20 a year is a great bargin. The dial pad popping up is kind of a pain but over all we have been very satisfied with the product.
