I bought a HP DVD 1040i push on 10/18. And contains previously failed by a week ago 5/21. It's a-1 year guarantee, since is just a laugh. Try calling the figures they provide you with, they're in ASIA. You then are rerouted from below to there requested the same again and again (title, telephone number, current email address, design #, SN #).in my opinion they're attempting to decrease you from perssuing the problem. At this time I'd never buy a HP solution again. There assistance is ineffective. They neglect to actually move one to a saying they're active, etc.
