I ordered a product from this company from the Buy.com website on Wednesday. I paid extra for two business day shipping. $31 for a small memory card. It is now Friday and they say it won't be here till next Tuesday since Monday is a holiday. The customer server ice agent I reached was unwilling to refund the cost of the two day charge since he said it took 24 hours to process the order and he was very rude.
