Acutely disrespectful customer support!

I've a problem against Zach (store-manager). He contacted me and questioned me easily had any concerns, and that I told him the sony notebook design vgnc140B was for sale at compusa for $1099 money which exactly the same design was provided at Circuit City for $1249 - $150 discount. He explained it was the same, but I told him that I'd need to pay fees about the $1249, and he explained that it had beennot his problem, which he'd not complement the cost, of course if I needed it for that price to simply visit compusa and purchase it there. He was really rude and his words was extremely intense. I told him he wasn't being skilled and he explained, "yes Okay." I stated that whilst the supervisor he must have greater conversation with clients and he explained again, "Yes, Okay." He also stated, " you wish to have it cheaper and also the solution ISN'T ANY." Like a long haul client, I deserve greater therapy and that I might relish it if they gets some type of reprement for such disrespect. I'm a US MILITARY fight verteran and that I deserve better therapy. I simply asked him a problem and he was extremely disrespectful. Perhaps it had been my highlight he believes offered him the best to deal with me this way. People like Zuch shouldn't be permitted to maintain cost of Signal City shops since I've usually created my digital acquisitions at circuitcity and that I deserve better, much better.
