This past year I bought a Logitech keyboard that CompUSA marketed for $5 after email in discount.
I used all of the instructions and totally completed the refund form with mailing address (which is really a PO Box since I reside in a little city that'll not provide email to my home) and street address. I've not had issues with others discounts for bigger amounts of money achieving this.
They sent me a postcard saying that used to do not need my block address about the type. I named the amount to inform them I set my block address about the type. However the man who got my phone stated that they'd go right ahead and email the check to my PO Box.
I never received the check. And so I followed-up using their email program many times till I acquired a solution. That was you're after dark contract for giving out a check. Fundamentally they simply lied to me, then dismissed me.
Logitech has dropped a person permanently over $12 due to their bad customer support made to tear the client down.
