I bought a PC on 12/24 in the bestbuy shop in Burlington NC. It was a Holiday present for my boy. We exposed presents on Holiday and far to the dismay the pc have been utilized. Nevertheless the store-sold me this computer as new. On 12/26 I delivered the pc towards the shop. Talked using the supervisor who stated it had been an error. Store-manager wasn't apologetic provided no reasonable justification. He was really rude. He provided s20% discount easily decide to maintain them. I said definitely not. I expected to get a discount on the new pc. He explained he couldn't give a discount on the new pc. Can you think the nerve. It's obvious this was a they've completed before. Promoting un-suspecting. Clients returned products. Pity you bestbuy. Along with promoting used products as new they do not uphold crook title. The supervisor wasn't been trained in client relationships whatsoever. I required a reimbursement and quit the shop. Which was my last purchase at-best purchase.
