Double charged my credit card for a (single) book order that was never delivered
I ordered a technical book from NetStoreUSA on 10 Jan. On 11 Jan Open Media Pty Ltd charged my credit card for the cost of the book - Aus$148.00. On the 14 Jan Open Media Pty Ltd made a second charge to my credit card for the same amount of Aus$148.00. Hence I was double charged for the same book. ...
