While we were filing chapter 13 (bill-payer Bankruptcy) our semi was repossessed. They returned it only after court order with several parts removed and junk parts re-installed, plus plenty of personal items missing. The truck was so undrivable, even with the pitance they allowed for 'minor damage' ...
