Ordered 3 year subscription from NOBULLMAGAZINES.com early spring. They (he) do not reply to any emails, have no live customer service even though there is a help button and doesn't work. FAQ's makes you wait months before they will look into it which by that date paypal doesn't permit complaints! ...
