Hi, On April 6th I purchased (order number: CA-002214137) an Epson scanner GT-1500 online with a promise of a $50 Mail in Rebate rebate. On April 25 I submitted all the required documents to claim my rebate, which included 1-: original receipt that came with the delivery. 2- UPC code that was ...
